Our second major initiative is a launchpad of conferences that embody everything we believe about human potential and the need for holistic support.

Each of us is the biggest blocker of our own success. Our platform and philosophy make self-actualization possible, but most of us need some deep healing to really be ready to step out there with our whole selves. As we are, today.

These won't be traditional business conferences. They'll bring together:

  • Entrepreneurs striving to build value-based businesses who want to unbridle the power of their own energy
  • Healers and wellness practitioners who can bring tools for whole-person health while learning to respect their value contributions without guilt
  • People seeking to build 'the holistic business of you' — where professional success and personal fulfillment aren't separate goals

Here's another innovative part: We'll use the Me•Us platform to let attendees design their own conference in advance. They'll shape the content, connect with each other, and get familiar with the tools they'll go on to use to build their own ventures. It's experiential marketing that actually provides value.

Beyond That: An Incubator of Incubators

Once customers have seen the potential of the platform and gotten the personal mind-body boost through our conferences, we'll help them start and manage their own endeavors. We'll provide them with software and business services, growing our revenue as they grow. Meanwhile, we gain publicity and continue adding new customers through rolling conferences.

By signing below, you agree that your typed name constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under ESIGN/UETA and the laws of Maryland, USA.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

1) Purpose. Protect all confidential and proprietary information, ideas, and creative materials shared within the Portal 2025 framework ("Portal").

2) Confidential Information. Includes discussions, strategies, frameworks, documents, code, designs, recordings, and any communications within Portal, whether verbal, digital, or written. Excludes information already public, becoming public without breach, or independently developed without reference to Portal materials.

3) Use Limits. Use Confidential Information solely for participation in and advancement of Portal initiatives; do not disclose to third parties without written consent.

4) Intellectual Property. Collective works within Portal are shared proprietary works of the community. Individual contributions remain the creator's IP but are licensed to Portal for internal collaborative use. No member may commercialize collective concepts outside Portal without written consent.

5) Duration. Confidentiality obligations apply during membership and for five (5) years after participation ends. IP provisions survive indefinitely.

6) Remedies. Breach may cause irreparable harm; injunctive relief and damages may be sought.
